Terms of Service

By accessing or using LuxStager AI at luxstager.ai, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using this Service.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.

LuxStager AI provides an AI-powered virtual staging platform that allows real estate professionals to digitally furnish and stage property photos.

The Service includes:

• AI image transformation (empty room to furnished room)
• Multiple design style options
• HD image download
• User dashboard and history gallery
• Admin panel for account management
• Billing and subscription management

To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when creating your account
• Maintain the security and confidentiality of your account password
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account at support@luxstager.ai

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or abuse the Service.

Free accounts receive 5 staging credits upon registration at no cost. Credits do not expire but are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Paid subscription plans:

• Starter: $14/month — 30 credits ($0.46 per image)
• Pro: $29/month — 100 credits ($0.29 per image)
• Unlimited: $79/month — unlimited generations (subject to Fair Usage Policy)

All subscriptions renew automatically on your billing date. You may cancel at any time from Settings → Billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

All payments on LuxStager AI are processed securely by Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment processor. When you subscribe to a paid plan, your credit card information is entered directly into Stripe's encrypted checkout flow — we never see, store, or process your full card details on our servers. Stripe handles all payment authorization, fraud detection, and tokenization in compliance with the highest industry security standards.

Your financial data never touches our infrastructure. This strict separation between staging content and payment processing ensures that no sensitive billing information resides within our databases or storage systems. In the unlikely event of a platform security incident, your payment credentials remain fully protected within Stripe's isolated, audited environment.

The Unlimited plan ($79/month) is subject to a Fair Usage Policy of 1,000 image generations per calendar month.

This limit exists to ensure consistent service quality for all users and to prevent automated abuse of the platform.

Users who consistently exceed this limit may be contacted by our team to discuss custom Enterprise pricing. We reserve the right to throttle or suspend accounts that abuse the Unlimited plan in bad faith.

You agree to use LuxStager AI only for lawful purposes. You agree NOT to:

• Upload images you do not own or have explicit rights to use
• Generate staged images that materially misrepresent the physical condition of a property (e.g., hiding structural damage)
• Use staged photos in MLS listings without proper disclosure
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract our AI models or source code
• Use automated scripts, bots, or crawlers to access the Service
• Resell or sublicense access to the platform without written permission from LuxStager AI (exception: Unlimited plan white-label feature)
• Upload images containing illegal content, nudity, violence, or hate speech
• Attempt to circumvent credit limits or payment systems

Your Content

You retain full ownership of all photos you upload to LuxStager AI. By uploading photos, you grant LuxStager AI a limited, non-exclusive license to process your images solely for the purpose of providing the Service. This license terminates when you delete your account.

Generated Images

AI-generated staged images produced from your uploads are owned by you. You receive a full commercial license to use generated images in MLS listings, marketing materials, social media, and client presentations without attribution.

Our Platform

LuxStager AI retains all intellectual property rights to its platform, website, technology, AI models, brand, and source code. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.

AI-staged images must be clearly disclosed as virtually staged when used in MLS listings, Rightmove, Domain, Zillow, or any other property listing platform.

Recommended disclosure text:

"Photographs have been virtually staged to illustrate the potential of the space. Actual room is unfurnished."

LuxStager AI is not responsible for ensuring compliance with your local MLS board's specific disclosure requirements. It is the agent's responsibility to verify and comply with all applicable regulations in their jurisdiction.

The Service is provided on an 'AS IS' and 'AS AVAILABLE' basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

We do not warrant that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• The quality of AI-generated images will meet your specific expectations
• Any errors in the Service will be corrected

AI-generated images are photorealistic representations and results may vary depending on the quality and composition of uploaded photos.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LuxStager AI shall not be liable for any:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits or revenue
• Loss of data or business interruption
• Damages resulting from unauthorized access to your account

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to LuxStager AI in the three months preceding the claim.

We offer a 3-day satisfaction guarantee on first-time subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with the Service within 3 days of your initial payment, contact billing@luxstager.ai for a full refund.

After this 3-day period, no refunds are issued for subscription payments. Unused credits from cancelled subscriptions are not refunded.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
