Billing & Subscriptions

To manage your subscription, go to Settings β†’ Billing β†’ Manage Plan. Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel anytime with no cancellation fees. Changes take effect at the next billing cycle.

Technical Issues

If staging generation fails, try uploading a higher resolution image (minimum 1024Γ—768px) in JPG or PNG format. Avoid HEIC files. Clear your browser cache if the problem persists. Try a different browser.

Image Quality Tips

For best AI staging results: shoot from a corner angle, use maximum natural light, open all blinds and curtains, turn on all room lights, ensure the full floor is visible, and upload the highest resolution available.

Account & Login

If you cannot log in, click 'Forgot Password' on the sign-in page and check your spam folder for the reset email. If you signed up with Google, use 'Continue with Google' to log in. Contact us if the issue persists.

Credits & Plans

Free accounts receive 5 credits on signup β€” no card required. Credits never expire. On paid plans, credits refresh every month on your billing date. Unused monthly credits do not carry over to the next month.

MLS Compliance

All LuxStager AI generated images are MLS-compliant when properly disclosed. Add 'Virtually staged by AI' as a caption or in your listing description. Images include a full commercial license for MLS, Zillow, Rightmove, and Domain.
